This directory contains CSV dumps of Mysql tables
 of various BMRB metadata.
 
 dmatch.csv - maps BMRB entries to other databanks. It starts with weekly BLAST
              search, then extra information is added from various sources.
 Columns:
  BMRB entry ID
  Database code (as used by BLAST, e.g. PDB for Protein Data Bank.
                 Full list is available in BLAST documentation.)
  Database entry ID
  BLAST flag: this column is obsolete, we keep it for backwards compatibility.
              Y for matches based on weekly BLAST sequence search,
              N for accession numbers provided by entry authors
  Score :     0 = same deposition, 1..9 = scored match (less is better),
              10 = BLAST match, 11 = author-provided match
  BMRB entity ID and corresponding
  PDB chain ID (PDB matches only)
  PDB experimental method (PDB matches only)
  Value of mmCIF _refine.ls_d_res_high tag (PDB X-ray matches only)
  Exact sequence match: Y if sequences are identical
  Atom list match: not populated at this moment.

  dep2accno.csv - maps BMRB deposition codes to BMRB accession numbers.
  Columns:
   deposition code
   accession number
